I am planning to contribute a graphics library for penplotters.
This seems to fill a hole in CPAN, since there appears to be no
support for penplotters whatsoever there. Penplotters need a
separate graphics library because the device produces line segments
rather than pixels. In its current state, the library offers the
usual graphics primitives, transformations like postscript, SVG
import and export, design splitting, postscript output, pen movement
optimization, font support, and hatching.
