Pause account DELTA

Hello everybody,

 

I was trying to login to my Pause account delta, today, however, saw that this 
account was set to ‘nologin’.

I have indeed not used it in a long time, however, just updated one of my 
modules (https://metacpan.org/pod/Digest::Perl::MD5; 
https://github.com/lackas/Digest-Perl-MD5/releases/tag/v1.91) and would like to 
publish it on PAUSE.

Please let me know how to proceed.
