why:
I'm the author of ForgeOps::Tracker, a Perl client library for
ForgeOps, a self-hosted application error tracking service. It
captures unhandled exceptions from Perl applications (with
PSGI/Plack and Dancer2 framework integrations) and reports them to a
ForgeOps instance over HTTP. I'd like to upload it to CPAN so it can
be installed the standard way (cpanm/cpan) rather than only from a
git checkout. It has zero non-core runtime dependencies and a full
test suite.
