ModusMail does not have such functions for relayed customers, for that you will need to have the ModusGate product.  This will allow you to set individual user settings even for relayed customers and give them access to a web-based Quarantine,  like you have for your local mailboxes when you use ModusMail.

We are providing spam and virus filtering for several customers and just relaying it on to their Exchange servers.  Is there any way to enable reports for these guys or for them to be able to see what is being caught?  The reports work nicely for individual mailboxes hosted here, but this seems to be a major feature that is missing.
