You can edit the report XSL file and remove the section which contains
the old Quarantine data. Just be wary off having the 'Delete All' link
if you do this.

Is there an easy way to have the quarantine report only include the
messages
added to the quarantine since the last report?

With 5,000 spams in my quarantine, my quarantine report is over 3 megs.
I
want to offer the quarantine reports to my users, but it will cause too
many
problems if the reports are even close to 1 meg.
