Reasons: - If you have a problem, support might already know the answer without further invistigation from prior experience with similar problems from first upgraders. This results is a quick porblem resolution. - The initial week might be very busy at Vircom. You might not get immediate attention due to heavy support load. Just my way for being cautious.
