* This is the modus mailing list * We will do the best we can to conform to this Michael. Our biggest problem is a FP is released from the QT by our EU. They will not notify us of the FP and then wait for us to submit it from the console before they release it. After they release it, then the EU will forward the message to us and the headers are GONE! They do spam the same way. No matter how educated they are or how many times we ask they will NOT do it right. I guess it is just too much trouble for them.
Thanks for the tip on dragging the existing message into a new message to forward as an attachment. I just wish that MS would make an easier way to forward an email as an attachment in Outlook like you can in OE. Here is how to send mail to the SPAMTRAP (notice the differences between Modus3 and the earlier versions): Modus 1.4 & 2.1 : You can simply forward the mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Modus 3.0 : Create a new mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and drag the SPAM into the new email. The spam will be sent as an attachement. FALSE POSITIVES are LEGIT mails that HAVE BEEN CAUGHT by Modus. We *strongly* suggest you to send the report via the console (this way we have everything in our hands to proceed). If the email has already been released by your customers, you can forward it (as an attachement if possbile) to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Please include the Modus version number you're currently running.
