there are some settings vircom recomends in the spamflt0 that you should have in place. this is especially important if your resell dialup and do not use smtp authentication.  I have probably a thousand ip addresses in my 'allow relay list'.
if you think this might be the problem, i can get the settings for you for the spamflt0.txt.
getting off the list is a little harder, but it is important to fix the problem first before you try
