Check that you tables have been created properly and that you have
cascade updates and cascade deletes between the two tables.

If the two tables have the same number of rows, then it is likely to be
some other problem, however if they are way out off sync then you will
find that you are missing the cascades.

We use MS-SQL-2000 server as quarantine database.

We noticed the no quarantine entries get deleted
in the SQL database after the auto-cleanup time,
which is 5 days in our setup. Therefor  we
have millions of entries in this database which
makes searching quite slow.

So my question is should we delete the quarantine
entries in SQL ourselves or should modusmail
handle this?

The items in the quaratine mailbox on the server
get deleted as they should after 5 days.

Currently we run MM 3.0 but the problem also existed
with version 2.x for us.
