[Modus] webmail attachments problem - more information

Users get a "500 Internal error" response when they attempt to access attachments, but when they attempt to compose an email and add an attachment they get a dialog box saying:

 

An internal error occurred. Please try again later and contact your ISP if the problem persists.
Description: The system cannot find the path specified
