Howdy Guys,
For some reason, Kevin from Fallsnet got
blacklisted by ORDB becaused they failed a test that shows this
mail from: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
rcpt to: "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"@yourdomain.com
Our syntax checker returns "501 Syntax error" which
is a valid terminal bounce ... if you don't have syntax checking turned on,
you'll return a "501 Error, cannot relay for so and so", however I get the
feeling that ORDB's bounce parser is a bit on the flaky side in this case and
doesn't like the syntax error.
I found that if you add this to your spamflt0.txt,
it should pass the test properly since ORDB seems to parse the spamflt0 bounce
properly.
Go to Security -> Protocol Filter -> and add
this like:
rcptto: *"[EMAIL PROTECTED]"@*
This should block with a "501 Blocked by filter 0"
which seems to be okay for the ORDB test.
I'll modify my "how to make sure you're not open
for relay" document and add the above line.
Thank you.
