nm the setting is actually in VopMailWeb.ini  (ie the client) and wasn't my problem.

A restart of the World Wide Web Publishing Service fixed my problems.

Umm, what was the setting?  I'm having a similar problem and can't find any setting to specify the temporary directory.

Thanks for the suggestion.
In fact, it was an incorrect setting in the vopwebsrv.ini file pointing to an invalid temp directory.

This is probably due to file permissions. You’ll have to check which directories Modus3 uses for storing temporary files (ie. The files that are uploaded).

Things could be worse. Suppose your errors were counted and recorded every day like those of a baseball player.

Users get a "500 Internal error" response when they attempt to access attachments, but when they attempt to compose an email and add an attachment they get a dialog box saying:

An internal error occurred. Please try again later and contact your ISP if the problem persists.
Description: The system cannot find the path specified

Code: &H80020009

Any clues here?

-Andrew
