On mine if I try to go to bring up the settings for whitelist or blacklist when logging in as a user I get access denied message, anyone know why?

Thanks Jerod!!

Allowing it there on the user level did the trick!  I knew there was something I was missing, just could figure out where…

I had to enable them on under web on the webadmin/privileges tab under allowed domain properties and allowed user properties.

I just completed upgrading from MM 2.1.258 to MM 3 and it went really well!  Thanks to Vircom for making life so easy for us!  I have the WebMail portion on a separate web server and even that did not cause any great issues.

I’m looking over the WebMail options now available and see where the “Whitelist” and “Blacklist” are now choices on a customer’s “settings” (as I’ve seen discussions about on this list previously).  I’ve tried enabling these from the console (at the mailbox level) on one of my accounts but the WebMail still shows them as locked (read only).

What am I missing?
