The address book is stored within the Web Mail Server folders and could be restored on the new system by copying them over.

The whitelist / blacklist is actually stored within the SieveStore.MDB file as the web admin injects sieves scripts to handle the WL / BL functionality. This means that changing Web mail servers would not effect this.

I was wondering when a customer whitelists someone in their webmail----what happens if a server is lost or if webmail is moved to another server. Are the whitelisting, blacklisting and address books lost?
