OT - I have a 1G P3
that is acting as a DC on a W2K network. I'd like to upgrade it to a P4 with
more RAM. Can I just swap the motherboard for a new P4? In other words - will
Windows pick up the hardware changes and be happy? It' would be much easier than
replacing the board and reinstalling everything. I do have three other DCs so
Active Directory will continue to run while I make the
changes.
