This is a known issue and is fixed with the next service release (build
275). The service release is in Beta and not currently available to all
customers. Take note this message is not important and doesn't impact
the normal operation of Modus L.

Subject: [Modus] sieve error in logs

* This is the modus mailing list *

I'm running ModusMail L, and every 30 seconds I get the following in my
err logs:

---- MODUSADM log entry made at 11/25/2003 00:00:20
Sieve data source error 0xE00A03F1 :

I don't think ModusMail L has any sieve functionality, and in any case,
the options pertaining to sieve are removed from the administration
interface, so I have no idea where to start. I would assume the error
code means something like "no data source found", or "could not open
data source," since there shouldn't be one. Looking around at various
Vircom registry entries has so far proved unfruitful, although I can see
in the MODUSADM services entry it keeps track of these update/error
results in the Parameter key (SieveUpdateLastCheckDate,
SieveUpdateLastCheckResult).

Anybody have an ideas? I was thinking if there's a particular default
data source file it is possibly looking for, it might help to create it,
but I don't know what that would be. Preferably, I'd like to disable
whatever part of teh modusadm service is attempting to open the sieve
data source.
