Hello David,   We also had this functionality in version 2.x.  Our customer wants copies of all inbound and outbound email from certain accounts on his domain but since the M3 upgrade only the inbound copy feature works.....well sort of?!?!  We not only lost the outbound copy feature but now the inbound copy feature circumvents all the new spam filtering and our customers "copied" accounts are being hammered with junk.  I have not confirmed this yet, but I believe this may be partly due to the new sequence of filtering within the first M3 release.
