We have seen this with Outlook Express. It appears that the information in
the address books gets corrupt somehow. Even if you manually type the
address in it automatically fills in from the address book. have this person
delete the entry in their address book if it is in there and try sending it
again. If it works just have them renter the info and it should be OK. If
doesn't work you never heard this from me. :)
