The customer is actually logging on fine using [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I'm guessing it may be a 2nd client on their PC but it only seems to happen for brief 
spurts at a time during the day.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I might try reproducing that error by setting my client up 
for secure authentication.
