Check your template. You may still be using the old Modus 2.X one, which IIRC did not contain the Delete All link.
I believe the new templates to be stored in:
d:\Program Files\Vircom\modusmail\ReportingTemplates\Update\
whereas the default path in the quarantine report points to:
D:\Program Files\Vircom\modusGate\ReportingTemplates\Reporting2.xsl

I've had a couple of different users report a problem with clicking the "Delete all spam" option on their quarantine report. They are being given the following error in their browser screen:
There was a problem identifying the messages, please contact the system administrator.
When they forward the message to me with the report, I can click on the option and it works fine. Anybody else run into this?
