[Modus] Handle file type

I was wondering how everybody is handling files names like this one. 'sig.jsp?pc=ZSzeb005' . We have blocked a ton of these.The jsp is the offending part. Should I remove the _javascript_ we have in the forbidden file attachments or how is everybody else handling this?   Terry
