There have been several error reports with Modus Web Mail, normally caused by the attempt to create an Object with a Null variable being passed into it. If you follow the instructions on the generic error page you get to change the Web.Config file to no longer use customErrors you will get more detailed information and this can be used by Vircom to track down the exact nature off the error.
