Thanks Suneel,

I'll set that up and repost with a stack trace next time it happens.

Subject: [Modus] ASP.NET Server Error in /modusWebAdmin

Unfortunately the specific message you are seeing is a generic ASP.Net error
message and hence provides no useful information. There have been several
error reports with Modus Web Mail, normally caused by the attempt to create
an Object with a Null variable being passed into it.

If you follow the instructions on the generic error page you get to change
the Web.Config file to no longer use customErrors you will get more detailed
information and this can be used by Vircom to track down the exact nature
off the error.

In short you should edit the web.config file and change the customErrors tag
to the following:

<customErrors mode="Off" />

Please note that the above is case sensitive!

Hello all,

Occasionally we are seeing "Server Error in '/modusWebAdmin' Application"
and restarting IIS seems to fix the problem.

I saw some references to this issue about a month ago & I was wondering if
the following is still an open issue, or if there is a fix that I missed.

Thanks,
Sincerely
Tim Rutherford
