Yeah, they blocked that on purpose. I don’t understand why really. It causes us more trouble having to do it for the user then the user could do.

 

The user can only mess up their account by blacklisting with a wildcard, we can fix that when that happens.

 

I think we get more calls to put a wildcard in for them than we would get removing ones that users messed up if they could do it themselves.

Sorry if this has been addresses in the list before, but is there a way for an end user to blacklist a whole domain from the webmail console?  When I put in [EMAIL PROTECTED], it gives the error "The address you have specified contains invalid characters"    I can, however, put in [EMAIL PROTECTED] in from the console.
