I know I have come across this in the past but I need to get a good understanding of why this happens. I have a customer who called me this morning complaining about how he cant get pictures in his email from his daughter but other people can. Upon closer examination I saw he had the attachments but they were named winmail.dat. The mails were sent using Microsoft outlook. What causes this? Should ModusL convert these to the proper format?
