That would be my guess, however its also possible that modus is trying to
read the whole quarantine before displaying it and may crap out after it
gets X amount of data.

We get a TON of spam.  After we upgraded to Modusgate 3, we reached 6GB in 4
days.  We need to keep quarantine around for at least 3 days to give
customers a good amount of time to review and keep or remove.
