[Modus] Modusgate Quarantine Release/Delete issue

This indicates an issue between the Server running your Modus Web Mail and the Server running you Modus Mail. Open the Modus Console and check that the WebMail Service hasn’t stopped.

When I try to release or delete something from my quarantine report, I get

Any clues as to what could be the issue?
