I have to tell you all that Yves has bailed out my butt several times in areas and at times that he and/or Vircom
had no obligation to do so. I don't know of two better people involved with the Internet than Sylvain and Yves. 
If they tell you something you can bet the farm on it.  If you think you have a situation with a product from Vircom
and you think something is not being handled correctly I know that Sylvain would, and will want to, talk to you.

The Vircom crew of Sylvain, Yves, et al has always put product quality and support as the number one priority. 
I know there were times before Sylvain got back into Vircom that things were not handled as they should have been.
And maybe there is somewhat of a knee-jerk reaction to perceived problems as a result of that period in time.
However, the best thing to do is to contact Vircom directly and present your concerns.   You can be assured that
Vircom will respond in a professional manor and will always do the right thing.  I have never been disappointed by
the end results from talking to Sylvain and Yves.
