There is a spot that says from User name, and another spot that says from E-mail.  I'll keep the from user name as postmaster and change the from email to something else and see if that fixes it.  I don't want customer sending to postmaster as I never check it.  Postmaster gets to much crap.

That is a very good question.  I see in the reporting template that a variable is used for the postmaster�s email address, but I have not been able to locate where (or if) it is changeable.

 

We tackled it from a different direction.  We have a valid �postmaster� mailbox and set it to forward to a different email address.  Works well for us.

I just realized something.  Maybe the reason why I think our false positives are so low is because the report has something that says in both the sieve report and the virus report:

please contact your SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Well mine is setup to email postmaster whenever someone clicks on that link.  Where in modus do I change this so that when someone who gets this report can click the link and email one of my boxes?
