Does the IisReset, stop and start all dependent services (FTP, and WWW)?

 

If so, they could put that in the BAT.

 

I was having this same trouble right after upgrading, but it seems to have stopped occurring (knock on wood).  I haven’t done anything either…  spooky!! J

You could schedule a small BAT file to run periodically and use that to restart a service. IT would look similar to:

 

@Echo Off

Net stop <servicename>

Net Start <servicename>

 

Be aware that stopping the IISAdmin service stops dependant services as well so you need to start those back up.
