[Modus] Settings tab in webmail...IIS Admin Service reset?

Suneel,   Does the IisReset, stop and start all dependent services (FTP, and WWW)?   If so, they could put that in the BAT.   I was having this same trouble right after upgrading, but it seems to have stopped occurring (knock on wood).  I haven’t done anything either…  spooky!!
