We're hope the transition will go smoothly, but let us know if you see any errors while navigating the web site. There is now a "My Vircom" section where you can go and download your products. We will be adding new things in there (and moving some other information from the general site into "My Vircom") as time passes, but at the moment this is where you will be able to download patches, new releases the the manual. You will need your product key to log-in My Vircom, or a login/password combinaison. If you do not have a login/password, just use your key and go into the "Get/Change login" screen where you will able to see the login/password you were assigned (but maybe not given) when you purchased the software.
