I've done some more digging and from what I can tell the routine that
generates the 'Encrypted String' is not part of the COM objects
available to WebAdmin or WebMail.

What this means is that without Vircom disclosing this we would need to
try and crack this 'Encryption'. 

I'm personally hoping Vircom would be nice and add a function to create
the Encrypted version to the existing VircomMailLib COM Object.
