Under VOP, I had customized moderator templates for mailing lists. FYI, I'm talking about the moderate.dll web-based moderation which is pretty slick when it works.
They don't seem to be working in M3.
Vircom tech support has told me:
"Any changes you make to the template files have to be placed in the Mailbox directory to be seen and used, so if you made any changes to the mailbox directory location or other config changes, that would explain why you can't see them. The files should be in the modusmail\mailbox folder."
FYI, I haven't changed the mailbox directory location - just the files in the ModerateTemplates folder.
I have moved the individual customized files into the Mailbox folder as well as the ModerateTemplates folder with the customized files.
I have restarted IIS and all Modus services several times.
I have clicked Unload in the Application settings under the Home Directory tab in IIS for the web profile clients are accessing to moderate their lists.
The only thing I haven't done is reboot the server and I really can't think of a good reason to do that under the circumstances.
I still can't get rid of these ugly gray web pages.
Anyone know the secret to making these things work?
In case you're wondering, I've already asked Vircom and am awaiting their advice/solution/words of wisdom. I'm hoping one of you can beat them to the punch.
Thanks!
