Also, if the screen resolution is set pretty low, she might not be
seeing the error message toward the bottom of the screen, you might have
her scroll down to see if it's returning an error message.

I have seen this issue with 5.0x, but not with 5.5x. I always suggest to
my users to upgrade to at least 5.5x

I have a customer who can't log into the webmail from her home pc.
She's running Win98 and IE 5.x.  Is there a possible compatibility issue
here with IE?  The cookies are enabled but it keeps taking her back to
the login screen.  She's the only customer I have with this error with
cookies enabled.  Any thoughts?  TIA
