[Modus] Missing Mail

I just recently installed Modus on a new server and copied across the mailbox folder from my old Vopmail server to the new Modus Server. I am now however getting phonecalls from clients informing me that their mail does not appear on webmail for some reason. I have logged onto the server and browsed to the users inbox in windows. I can see the message sitting there, however when I log on as the client using webmail, there is nothing there! We have webmail and modus all running on the same server.   Any ideas?   Regards Matt O'Meara
