I had a customer request that I delete all of the messages in their inbox on the mail server yesterday (he had thousands of messages that he did not want).  I deleted everything in the “inbox” folder for the username in question but the “Infos” screen is still showing the mailbox to be at quota and the postmaster account is still receiving notices that the mailbox is over quota (due to undeliverable messages being sent to his inbox).

 

What can I do to reset the “Infos” information?
