Steve,
In your Modus Admin panel go into the System settings. Under the Quarantine Reports tab there is an option for allow one click release. Then put the address to your webmail in the text field and hit the "Test URL" button. The next time the reports are generated the links to release and delete should be active.

There is a bug in which the reports still show the N/A, even with this turned on. It has something to do with the "FROM" field, or one of the'from' fields (from, reply-to, mail from) not being present in the email message. This may be fixed in the 277 version, but isn't in the prior M3 versions.

- On the quarantine reports, it tells the user they can release it by clicking the link at the right but the "recovery" column (which I assume is what they mean) all say N/A. Is there a setting I need to set to allow this?
- TIA
