As previously announced, this is a reminder that our first generation product's support will come to an end this week. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------- Vircom's first-generation products (VOPMail 5.2 and below, Modus 1.x and VOP Anti-Spam Gate 1.x) will be supported until January 1st 2004. Starting January 1st 2004, Vircom will no longer provide Anti-Spam updates to Modus 1.x customers and technical support will only be given for upgrade issues. Anti-virus updates WILL continue to be distributed even after January 1st, to make sure all clients are at least protected against viruses. This notice, of course, only applies to customers with active support plans. You are not forced to upgrade by January 1st 2004 as the software will continue functionning with the last anti-spam update and the anti-virus will keep on working normally, with 24/7 updates as usual.
