Always heard about them trying to sue them however, I think it was the DOS attacks that pushed most of them over the edge.

Subject: [Modus] black lists

I have read several articles suggesting spammers are sueing RBL's and this is the reason some of them are dissapearing.  Anyone else get this kind of info?

Thank you,

Subject: [Modus] black lists

I've been using a bunch of blackholes from a list originally made by Yves.  They included his national blackholes.  I got no mail last night personally and someone told me that they tried to write me and got a reply that they'd been rejected because of one of these lists.  I think maybe they've gone down and started to reject everything.  I've removed them from my setup this morning.
