Geez, I seem to remember a bug in one of
the older versions that did that, but that was fixed long ago. I allow my users to adjust those settings
and found the bug when it happened in the past, but we have not had any trouble
with that for a long time now. You might want to email support on that

setting changes in their web mail anti-spam? A customer clicked "Tag and Pass" and unchecked a
couple of the categories to scan. They go back in and the settings are
not saved even though they saved them. I was able to reproduce it on one
of my accounts. The settings revert back. I have allowed the settings changes in modus at the customer
level. What am I missing here.? Thanks
