We haven't experienced this issue, and I recommend you confirm with the
end user that they are only accessing mailboxes held on your server. It
is a common occurance to get phone calls like this from customers who
have multiple mail accounts and Norton is generating the warnings from
e-mails that are not being sent through your Modus Server.

G'Mornin fellow Modusians.  I seem to have an occurance where one of my
customers is receiving email containing the [EMAIL PROTECTED] virus.  We
seem to be blocking the [EMAIL PROTECTED] because it's showing up in his
quarantine report but the end users Norton has been finding the
[EMAIL PROTECTED] coming through to him.  Anyone else seeing this type of
activity?
