Just wondering if anyone has seen this before:
I rebooted our Modusgate (build 282) about 2 hours ago. Everything looked normal after the reboot, until I realized that moduscan was letting _everything_ through.
I tried restarting all services. No change.
Checked the registry to make sure the settings were still correct there. They were.
Checked the SCA version in the console, and saw that it had been updated (succesfully) about 5 hours prior to the reboot.
Just for kicks, I forced an SCA update through the console, and saw that a new definition was received.
Still no filtering.
As a last resort, a reboot the machine again, and was surprised to see it kicked back to life, as it now appears to be filtering again.
The problem is that I'm rather paranoid of the fact that there is no indication as to what caused this.
There are no errors in my log files. Each messages simply "looked" good to moduscan.
Any ideas?
