I've noticed I have to restart this service every few weeks when people complain the 
attachments are no longer working in Webmail.

If there is a leak it may be related to attachments.  Our server has more then enough 
memory.  I'll have to take note how much that service is using next time I restart it. 
 It's currently using 100MB.
