We have gone to Vircom about this about 2 weeks ago and they say they are working on it still. We've started seeing this error in our webmail. The login is working correctly and see all the messages in the list displayed correctly. When I click on the message to read it the address, subject, etc... display except the message body which shows this: There was a problem parsing the message for display, error #5 But this isn't showing up on every single message, but the majority of messages do show the error. This error started to show up after we upgraded the mail server to build 282 but before I could upgrade the webmail. I've finally upgraded the webmail side and I'm still seeing this error.
