When dealing with DNS zone files don't forget to watch out for '.'
characters.
Also, the PTR record should be something like:
68.141.189.213.in-addr.arpa. IN PTR mail.somedomain.com.
Alternatively you could short form this to:
68 IN PTR mail.somedomain.com.
This is because since there is no trailing '.' on the record identifier
the domain for the zone is appended thereby making it the same as the
first entry.

Looks like ns2.magnet.ch is the authority for these reverse lookups. If
this is your nameserver, you can simply add the reverse lookup for the
zone 141.189.213.in-addr.arpa (if you are assigned the whole class C)
and add a PTR record that would look like this (in Bind4 format)
Mail.somedomain.com IN PTR 213.189.141.68
^-- This should be whatever the DNS name for your mail servers primary
IP address.
If this is not your name server, you need to contact the admin of that
name server and ask them to add the PTR record for you.
