Is anyone having a problem with getting their virus scan definitions updated? The last date ours was updated was 01/14/2004. If I click on update now, I get the following message: “Error updating ‘program did not complete in time’ (0xE007FFFF)”. We are running the latest version of modusMail. The scan engine is 5.60.0021, virus 5.60 1/13/2004, macro virus 5.60 1/13/2004.
Any help would be appreciated.
