Hi Chris,
It apears that your client is using spampepper and has tried to make the
message sound as if it was somehow your server involved in blocking the
messages destined for him.

Had this e-mail in my inbox today. Has anyone else seen this before? My
first reaction is to just delete it. Mail.friendlynet.com is one of the
names we have given our mailserver in our DNS, but it should NOT be
showing
up during a MX lookup. (mailserver DNS setting is setup to resolve to
popbox.friendlynet.com)
