[Modus] How to email everyone on your email service?

To the modus superguru's:

I remember seeing a post on this list a few weeks/months ago about a how-to
email everyone on your server by setting up a mailing list.  Does someone
remember the exact way to do this?  We have seen some of the Norvag / MyDoom
worms that have made it through the system prior to Yves special script and
need to notify everyone in less than an hour.
