One of our users received the below delivery failure email after sending a
message to an address he had no problems with up until today:

Our error log shows this for it:

SMTP command failed when talking to mail.flashscan.net:
<<< RCPT TO:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Network I/O error 10053 (0X00002745) (C=-1 L=1) encountered when awaiting
response from mail.flashscan.net.


Is this a problem on our end or theirs?
