I have not called support as I figure you are buried with calls on this AV update issue.

If we are getting the error message that "the program did complete in time"...should we be manually trying to do an update of AV at least every single day to keep up with updates?

Or if no updates have been released...how would we know we need to manually do an update?

Is there a web site we can check with date or version number we can visually compare to our local AV in ModusMail to see if we need to bother with trying to get the update?
