I'm using UebiMiau (http://uebimiau.sourceforge.net/), only a couple
misspellings from translation, and it supports POP3. I've had a couple
attachment issues with it though. I'm hoping to one day find a solid
webmail client that does all I want and doesn't piss off my customers :)

Is there a freeware webmail that reads from pop3? Can you provide me a
pointer?

Thanks!

I'm running two webmail systems at the moment to get around this, it's
confusing and annoying, but a freeware PHP one has better timeout
options. Otherwise, I tell them to compose in notepad first.

I second this - this is becoming a real problem for us -

I think this has been brought up before but let me second the request.
I
think WebMail should be reworked to not popup a window to compose a new
message. It causes too much confusion with popup blockers these days.

I also ran into a problem with a user that was furious with us. They
took a long time to write a message and when they finally went to hit
send they got an error saying the session timed out and they lost the
message. Is webmail using sessions to keep track of things? If so, it
appears the timeouts are set too low.
